Wir lassen nicht unser Bauchgefühl über Deine Einstellung entscheiden, sondern arbeiten zertifiziert nach der DIN 33430 zur Eignungsdiagnostik. Das heißt, jedes Interview ist vorbereitet und strukturiert aufgebaut.
3. Onboarding
Dein erster Tag, Deine erste Woche, Dein erster Monat – wir lassen Dich nicht alleine. Dein Team begleitet Dich intensiv, um Dir den Einstieg so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten. Du wirst ab dem ersten Tag mit dem nötigen Equipment ausgestattet.
